MAI-Focus
Social media content planner built for ADHD brains: plan the year, the month and the day in time blocks, with no punishment for falling behind.

The idea
Generic planning tools are not built for people who create content with ADHD: they are either an endless list or a calendar that punishes whatever did not get done. MAI-Focus starts from the opposite place.
How it works
Work is organised across three horizons: goals for the year, campaigns for the month and, day to day, time blocks you drag and resize on the grid, in steps of 5 to 30 minutes.
- No red, no “failed” state. Whatever did not happen gets rescheduled, not flagged as a mistake.
- Labels with colour and shape. Each category pairs one of 12 colours with one of 9 shapes, so it stays recognisable without relying on colour.
- Calm mode for overstimulated days, and breaks built into the plan.
- Voice. You can say “move the recording to 18:30” and it is understood on the device itself, showing what it understood before applying it.
